About Jay Van Allen
 Jay Van Allen is an executive search consultant with deep experience in
the engineering, construction, manufacturing and energy industries. Jay
began his career in Human Resources with Williams Brothers Engineering,
a leader in the design and construction of pipelines and process plants.
He gained manufacturing industry experience at Hilti's Western
Hemisphere headquarters in Tulsa and energy industry experience as a
Human Resources leader for Reading & Bates Corporation. Jay's executive
search experience extends to a broad range of disciplines including
general management, marketing, sales, human resources, information
technology, engineering and finance. Jay's work also spans a number of
industries...computers, telecommunications, healthcare and non-profits
as well as engineering, manufacturing and energy. He has conducted
senior leadership assignments in Canada, France, Great Britain, Finland
and the United States.
Jay has a bachelor's degree in Economics from The University of Tulsa.
He lives in Tulsa, Oklahoma.
